Jarrah's Uplink

As a reminder, we have a forum, where you can comment on the comic, be a part of the reader survey, or... other stuff. Ok, so that bit of transparent attention-getting over, we'll move on to the real stuff.

Today's comic link is to Opps, Nevermind, a cool comic about a time-travelling girl, her genetically engineered pets, and her (mostly) normal room-mates who have to put up with all this.

I'll be away for most of the comic week, looking after my aunt in Melbourne. She just had reconstructive surgery done on her knee. So, yeah, no net for me for a while. I shall use the time to study my newly arrived university workbooks. But I'll be back in time for the next comic, don't worry.

John's Uplink

If today's uplink seems rather brief, it's because I'm moving out! That's right, I'm off to college, where I will soon become ECONOMAN, capable of solving complicated resource distribution problems in the blink of an eye!

Okay, so economics doesn't sound like an interesting subject even if you put it in superheroic terms. At least I'm doing something USEFUL with my life, you bloody Arts students.
